1. Author Safe Haven, inc., it’s owners, employees are not responsible for files, photos, agreements, contracts, etc. made between members or websites, companies, blogs, or any resource contacted from the website.
2. Author Safe Haven, inc. does not make promises/guarantees about authors success or failure. Author Safe Haven only provides a collection of resources that an author may engage of his/her own free will.
3. Membership fees are yearly, due each year, and are non refundable due to the nature of the website.
4. No compete clause that forbids members from creating or joining sites like author Safe Haven. No membership sites, resource sites, etc.
5. Documents and resources may not be shared from author Safe Haven without written consent.
6. If author Safe Haven is forced to engage in any legal matter, it is the understanding that the member will be responsible for all of Author Safe Haven’s legal fees.
7. No soliciting members for non agreed services.
8. Violation of this agreement, harassment of other members, posting spam, piracy, sharing memberships, stealing work without agreement or compensation will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund and possible legal issues.
